Events
👉HACKRON 2025 landed in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, brought by cybersecurity professionals who made one thing clear: cyber protection is the only path to a peaceful future.
➡️CSIRT-CAN had a special space to highlight the importance of the project in protecting the Canary Islands. José Damián, Head of the Telecommunications and Systems Area of the Government of the Canary Islands, explained that CSIRT CAN was created “with the responsibility of providing cybersecurity services to local entities.” ➡️Currently, 52 municipalities in the Canary Islands are collaborating closely with the CSIRT-CAN project.
👉The Tenerife Island Council, in collaboration with the CCN (Canary Islands Cybersecurity Center), the Government of the Canary Islands, and the Canary Islands Federation of Municipalities (FECAM), held a meeting for local and state administrations at the TEA (Tenerife Espacio de las Artes).
The 4th Conference on Cybersecurity in Local Government reaffirms the Island Council's commitment to consolidating a secure, coordinated, and sustainable public digital infrastructure.

🚨Qualcomm suffered a vulnerability alert on November 4th, 10 of which were classified as high severity. 📨

🕵️♂️We joined the European Cybersecurity Month initiative promoted by the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA). This campaign aimed to raise awareness about cybersecurity through training, education, and the dissemination of best practices for online protection.
