Last Friday, November 21, CSIRT-CAN held the 1st Cybersecurity Conference in El Hierro. These events will tour the islands of the archipelago with the aim of learning about the concerns and status of the various local entities participating in the project. 
Technical professionals from all the entities in El Hierro met at the Cabildo Insular de El Hierro. After the presentations and an overview of the current status of the project, the professionals discussed how they experience cyber threats from the perspective of small entities. 
With a clear commitment to the future and to the cyber protection of all Canary Islanders, CSIRT-CAN closed the conference with clear objectives for continuing to maintain its relationship with the institutions of Fuerteventura.
